The moral values I get in the short story entitled Sinigang written by Maria Aubrey J. Villacern is that forgiveness is a key for acceptance, as an end for a certain phase. People are not saints. We commit sins intentionally and not intentionally. Afterwards the moment they whole-heartedly cry and kneeling down, acts of asking forgiveness. We should forgive. Afterwards family matters the most.
Forgetting the shed tears and anger spirits is the best way because you will never know how long they will last. Their angelic face may turns out to well-make-up and their body will be in a white coffin. Don’t wait that time. Just be with them and nourish all the second.
